Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the access and participation in online sports betting, digital casino gaming, peer-to-peer poker rooms, and related interactive services provided by Bovada. By opening an account or placing wagers, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Criteria

• Age Verification: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Any accounts registered by underage individuals are voided immediately.
• Single Account Rule: Only one account per individual, household, residential address, IP address, and shared device environment is permitted. Duplicate profiles are subject to closure and asset forfeiture.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that internet wagering is permitted in your localized state or territory prior to initiating real-money gameplay.

2. Deposits, Cashouts & Financial Transactions

• Permitted Channels: Bovada facilitates deposits via approved digital currencies (BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, USDT) and designated credit/debit cards or vouchers.
• Cryptocurrency Settlement: Blockchain deposits require relevant network block confirmations prior to account crediting. Bovada is not liable for misdirected transfers resulting from incorrect wallet address submissions by the user.
• Withdrawal Approvals: Prior to processing withdrawals, accounts must complete basic identity validation. Withdrawal maximums per transaction depend on the chosen payment method (e.g., up to $9,500 every 15 minutes for verified cryptocurrency transactions).

3. Wagering Rules & Odds Integrity

All sports wagers, horse racing tickets, and in-game bets are governed by official Bovada betting guidelines. Bovada reserves the right to void or cancel any wager placed on markets displaying obvious typographical odds errors, postponed fixtures exceeding schedule thresholds, or events impacted by proven match-fixing activities.

4. Bonus Terms & Rollover Obligations

Promotional credits (including the 100% Fiat Welcome Bonus and the 125% Crypto Welcome Bonus) are subject to wagering requirements (“rollover”) before the bonus balance and generated proceeds become withdrawable. Standard casino rollover requirements are set at 25x on eligible slot machines, while sports rollover ranges from 5x to 10x depending on promotional tiering. Prohibited gameplay patterns (such as zero-risk opposing roulette bets) will forfeit bonus allocations.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Software Automation

Users agree not to deploy automated software robots (bots), artificial intelligence scrapers, collusion networks, or algorithmic betting scripts on the Bovada platform. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or reverse engineer proprietary RNG code will result in immediate termination of the account and seizure of illicit balances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bovada, its directors, employees, and technology licensors shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, internet disruption delays, local ISP dropouts, or power failures affecting ongoing game rounds.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Jurisdiction

In the event of an account dispute, customers are instructed to open an inquiry through our dedicated Management Escalation Team. All disputes not settled through internal escalation will be settled via confidential binding arbitration under internationally recognized commercial gaming standards.
